Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Spoken English Trainer to train students in spoken English skills, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and confidence building. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior teaching experience, and the ability to engage learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive spoken English training sessions for students.

Teach grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills.

Develop lesson plans and course content as per the curriculum.

Use role-plays, group discussions, and real-life scenarios to enhance learning.

Assess students language proficiency and provide feedback.

Encourage students to participate in conversations, debates, and presentations.

Assist in developing study materials and learning activities.

Monitor students progress and suggest improvement strategies.

Conduct periodic assessments and mock interviews.

Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Strong command over English with excellent pronunciation and fluency.

Prior experience as an English trainer, teacher, or soft skills coach.

Ability to handle students of different age groups and proficiency levels.

Interactive teaching approach with good presentation skills.

Knowledge of modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.

Patience, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate training or soft skills training.
