Job Summary:

Empower Educare India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Marketing Executive – Franchise Development to expand our institute's presence by identifying and onboarding potential franchise partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential franchisees for business expansion.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the institute's franchise model.

Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchise partners.

Explain the benefits, terms, and requirements of the franchise model.

Negotiate agreements and ensure proper documentation for franchise partnerships.

Maintain relationships with existing franchisees and provide ongoing support.

Collaborate with the management team to enhance the franchise program.

Monitor market trends and competitor franchise models.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions for lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of the education industry and franchise operations (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing techniques.

Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the education/training sector.

Existing network of business contacts for franchise expansion.

Understanding of legal aspects related to franchising.
